Mike Hedges AM shows support for Armed Forces Day

Mike Hedges AM, the Assembly Member for Swansea East is supporting Armed Forces day, showing gratitude to the women and men who serve and have served in the Armed Forces .  The AM will be attending an Armed Forces Day event in Castle Square, Swansea

Armed Forces Day is a chance to show your support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans and cadets.

Mike Hedges AM will be joining people the length and breadth of the country who want to salute our forces personnel. The organisers of this year’s event are asking people to show their support by giving a salute.

Mike said:  “I like many look forward to Armed Forces Day and the opportunity to pay tribute to those that serve and have served in our armed forces.”

“I will be joining residents to show my support at the event in Castle Square, Swansea at 11 am
