£100m Wales Life Sciences Investment Fund up and running

The £100million Wales Life Sciences Investment Fund is now operational and is already considering a number of investment opportunities, Welsh Labour’s Economy Minister Edwina Hart announced this week.

The Minister made the announcement at the BioWales 2013 event in Cardiff. The Fund, which is attracting up to £50 million of investment by the Welsh Labour Government, is a key element in the drive to boost business growth, create jobs and raise the profile of the sector internationally. It is the largest dedicated investment Fund of its kind for any sector in Wales with the potential to make a real impact.
